ASML issues cautious 2008 outlook

Fourth-quarter net profit for Dutch semiconductor equipment supplier ASML Holding N.V. rose slightly to 206.1 mil euro, while net sales dropped 8.9% to 972.9 mil euro. Both figures exceeded analyst expectations; ASML announced a cautious forecast for 2008.
