Article Abstract:

Casual dining restaurants that combine food with pizzazz and theatrics have emerged in Canada's suburban areas. The upscale eateries usually are part of a multi-complex entertainment pad composed of a cinema, bookstore and a themed restaurants. Marketing is minimal but still, these restaurants attract people by the hordes due to positive word of mouth and the food they serve. Restaurants such as Rainforest Cafe, Outback and Alice Fazooli are examples of eating places that combine food and entertainment.

The slogan "A diamond is forever" is true in a sense that a diamond can last a long time. However, it is not a very wise investment because its monetary value depreciates quickly. Usual practices in appraising diamonds and the influence of this famous slogan are discussed.
