Managerial assessments of export performance: conceptual framework and empirical illustration
Article Abstract:
An online survey of 171 exporting firms was conducted to study managerial evaluation of the company's export performance. The result is an index of export performance assessment which can be used for comparing different export firms with varying export goals. A framework for learning more about managerial assessments of export performance is also provided.
