West Chester, Penn.-based Craftopia.com, which offers over 48,000 arts and craft products through its online retailing service, has been launched by a former executive at QVC Inc. Craftopia.com, which was founded by president Harold Poliskin, is seeking to capitalize on a $10 billion crafts market.
