Aramark gets Ogden food units

Ogden Corp.'s food-and-beverage concessions and venue-management divisons will be acquired by Aramark Corp. for $236 million in cash and debt. The acquisition, which includes $11 million in assumed debt, covers 140 contracts at ballparks and arenas.
