Baseball under the bridge: Camden out to build minor-league stadium

A plan to construct a new $17.5 million baseball stadium on the Camden waterfront will host a team from the independent Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. The Delaware River Port Authority gave its nod to a $6.5 million low-interest loan for the new minor league stadium, which will be owned by Rutgers University.
