Conectiv exiting Pa. residential market
Article Abstract:
Conectiv Inc. is leaving the residential Pennsylvania market next month, letting go of its 40,000 residential customers, because it can no longer afford to sell power to them. The company cited high wholesale power rates as the reason it cannot sell electricity at lower rates than those of Peco Energy Co., the area's leading electricity provider.
