Burlington sees boom office, retail remain stable

ECHO, Burlington's new waterfront museum, has contributed to the region's commercial estate boom by bringing 115,000 visitors to Burlington. Bruce Seifer, Assistant Director for Economic Development for Burlington's Community and Economic Development Office, feels that the boom is due to the lowest commercial, retail vacancy rates in the country.
