Gray, Kirk makes most of its second chance

Advertising agency Gray, Kirk/Vansant Advertising Inc. won Value Rent-A-Car's advertising account, after beating out several of the southeastern U.S.'s most notable advertising agencies. After being dropped from the list of finalists, a list which included McKinney & Silver, Richards & Shutze and Austin Kelley Advertising, Gray, Kirk was added back to the finalist list and eventually chosen for the rental car account.
