Founder of Today's Man Inc., David Feld, will get help from Bruce Weitz as the new CEO and president, and from Neal Fox as vice chairman of merchandising and marketing. With office dress codes getting more casual and competition getting stronger, declining sales resulted. The company's stock fell below $1 so it dropped off the Nasdaq and now trades OTC.
