Somebody's got to do it
Article Abstract:
Pennsylvania-based Hensler Draft Beer Services is a family-operated business that cleans the beer taps, or the beer-carrying tubes, of the draft-beer-dispensing equipment of bars. The firm, which is run by the Hensler family, services the beer-tap-cleaning requirements of close to 400 liquor-license-carrying bars, majority of which are in Allegheny, PA. Hensler Draft Beer Services utilizes water and sodium hyperchloride in cleaning the beer taps of bars. The company, which has been recognized as a dependable and reliable business, has a market among bar establishments as a result of legislation in Pennsylvania that mandates the once-a-week cleaning of beer taps for operators of drinking places.

Article Abstract:
Ateeco Inc., a family-owned company founded by Ted Twardzik Sr. in 1952, is considered as the largest producer of pierogies in the US, producing over 7 million of pierogies per week. The success achieved by the company has been attributed mainly to its manufacturing technique and to its public relations and advertising efforts. Ateeco, which is currently being managed by Twardzik's two son, Tom, 36 and Tim, 39, declined to give sales or profit figures but observers estimated that revenues in 1997 reached $33.2 million.

Hyper toys
Article Abstract:
Toymakers, retailers and the media are the ones basically creating the hype for hot toys. Hot toys are no longer made and decided by kids as they used to be. For instance, Furby, the 5-inch Gremlin-like interactive toy created by Tiger Electronics that sells for $30. Massive publicity campaigns, such as endorsements from Wired magazine, appearances in morning television shows, press events and other publicity grabbing events, have made the toy a huge success not only to children, but also to toy-buying adults as well.
