Article Abstract:

Specialist outsourcers could enable the small companies access the IT experience and expertise in the fields where they are behind and thus help prevent unnecessary disasters. Outsourcing is the obvious solution for many of the small business, which lack inhouse expertise, require organizing basic system administration and maintenance, let alone assessing and managing risk.
