Mossbauer characterization of carbon supported ruthenium-tin catalysts
Article Abstract:
It has been possible to use 99Ru and 119Sn Mossbauer spectroscopy to investigate a series of Ru-Sn/C catalysts. This work was designed to assess the physical and chemical state of tin and ruthenium on specimens with different amounts of the two elements and exposed to different treatments.

A new synthetic method toward bimetallic ruthenium platinum nanoparticles; composition induced structural changes
Article Abstract:
Research is presented describing the reaction of Pt(dba)2 with Ru(COD)(COT) under dihydrogen with PVP present. The composition of the resultant bimetallic nanoparticles in relation to the concentration of the two complexes in the original solution is described.
