A&E network sets IT goals for '98

Article Abstract:

A&E Television Networks' officials have outlined a new business plan which builds upon a previous one implemented roughly in 1992. The company hopes to maintain its customer rating of more than 80% and improve it during 1998. Three objectives outlined in the new strategic plan include the expansion of the help desk's support hours, the provision of more preventive maintenance and the closure of the loop with customers after new equipment is installed.
