Curtis 1000 outsources
Article Abstract:
Curtis 1000 aims to provide its end users with a higher level of support by outsourcing tis entire help desk to Support Technologies Inc. Curtis felt that it was necessary to expand the level of service to its internal customers as the business became larger and the number of its users increased. Another factor influencing the decision to outsource is the increasing difficulty of recruiting, training and retraining good help- desk staff.
