The Southwestern Bell Center for Learning is effecting a measurable change in its method of training by loading preauthoring and training design tool Designer's Edge onto its LANs and workstations. The change is aimed at transforming classroom training to computer-based traiing. The training organization for Southwestern Bell has invested a substantial amount of time customizing Designer's Edge to its process to serve as a guide to instructional design and performance consulting.
