Airline taps Miller Huber

Article Abstract:

British Airways has commissioned Miller Huber Relationship Marketing, of San Francisco, CA, to formulate a business-travel relationship marketing program aimed at small- and medium-sized businesses. Scott Waltz, vice president and director of client services at Miller Huber, notes that the initative will assume a different orientation from traditional frequent-flier programs. Waltz furthers that Miller Huber opted to focus on a program tailored for small- and medium-sized businesses, because it is a segment of the market that is often pased up, and that the airline industry has only recently started to study from a relationship marketing perspective.
