Pier 4 Associates has sold its Spa Creek marina in Annapolis, MD, to Chris and Mary McCleary for $2.1 million. The 34-slip marina, with annual leases ranging from $2,200 to $3,900, is located at 304 4th St in Eastport, has three office buildings and is managed by Coastal Properties Management Inc. The McClearys own McCleary Maritime Properties and USinternetworking, a computer software leasing firm.

Jerry Wood, builder of sailboats and founder of the famous Annapolis boat shows and sailing school died Feb.19 2003 in Annapolis. He founded the boat sailboat show in the year 1970.
