FlatPad debuts
Article Abstract:
Boston, MA-based marine electrical and electronic switch manufacturer Cole Hersee Co has introduced its new FlatPad controller to the market. The multiplexed controller is capable of sending multiple, electrically coded signals down a slender wire that switch on engines, motors, lights, navigation gear and other marine equipment. FlatPad is keyless, programmable and provides multiple levels of security. According to the firm, FlatPad's connecting wire is substantially thinner than conventional electrical wire, thus significantly reducing the weight of the wiring harness.
