The site will also have a national Yellow Pages directory , business sales leads and mailing list products. infoUSA.com will be the first Web site to have consumer lists, advertising and free e-mail, news and stock quotes. The site will sell products of its partner companies.

infoUSA pays First Data $200M for Donnelley
Article Abstract:
First Data Corp of Atlanta, GA, is selling its Donnelley Marketing division to infoUSA, based in Omaha, NE, for $200 million. The sale of the consumer database and marketing services provider is part of First Data's plan to concentrate on its payment processing and e-commerce operations. After the deal, infoUSA will license its business and consumer databases to First Data, which should still offer database solutions.
