Oven ready
Article Abstract:
Social housing providers are adopting the trends of private house builders by increasing the amount of white goods and furniture which is provided in rented properties. Many people in rented accommodation can not afford to buy such goods, especially those on housing benefits. Housing associations provide varying amounts of fixtures and white goods, and most goods are installed on a partnership basis with manufactures. Managing properties with added furnishing can be difficult and regular monitoring needs to be undertaken.
