How you can use the four-week profit planning chart

Article Abstract:

The four-week profit planning chart is especially designed for manufactured home retailers who aim to increase profits, make future plans and improve their business and earnings. The plan was developed by Guy Laird, a renowned sales trainer in the selling business. Laird stated that if the net profit of a certain business is 3% and a savings of $300 was accumulated by improving management strategies, the profit planning chart is expected to boost sales by $10,000.
