International salary guide
Article Abstract:
Jobs for construction professionals, such as engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers are available in Europe. People planning to work abroad will be faced with a number of problems before leaving the UK, such as arranging their pensions and taxes. It is important for those choosing to work abroad to ensure they have medical insurance, whether their partner can work, how many flights home and cost of accommodation. They may be able to choose to have their salary in currency or sterling. Some countries have a cheaper cost of living than the UK, such as Spain, Poland and Thailand.

Article Abstract:
Some UK construction companies are seeking to make their web sites more attractive, particularly in the pre-Christmas period. Some have placed a graphic into the background of their web pages, while others have made use of video clips. However, it is important to remember that unusual features and graphics slow down the speed at which pages appear on screen. A web site must be updated very regularly, as an out-of-date web site gives a poor impression.
