Reading university's D&B report suggests that design-led design-build will be difficult due to building's traditions. As each new labour force is assembled for each new project, different financial arrangements have to be made, and variable customer demand must be considered. Often design-build is build-design, with the design part being an unskilled interpretation of the brief.
