MRAA offers discount on customer feedback

The Marine Retailers Assn of America (MRAA) has engaged the services of Customer Service Intelligence Inc (CSI) for the provision of customer service feedback reports, customer service management and prospect management at discounted rates to MRAA's members. MRAA Pres Phil Keeter said the association's board of directors has unanimously approved CSI for the use of its members due to its professional approach to customer feedback and proven track record.

Harvard Industries to build OMC parts
Article Abstract:
Harvard Industries Inc has won a $50-million contract to manufacture and supply drive and propeller shafts to Waukegan, IL-based Outboard Marine Corp (OMC). Lebanon, NJ-based Harvard Industries will produce the outboard parts at its 86,000-sq-ft manufacturing plant in Rock Valley, IA. It is also expanding the size of the facility with a 16,000-sq-ft addition to accomodate the OMC order.

Die-cast supplier to benefit from OMC contract

Harvard Industries Inc, a supplier of automotive and marine engine parts, has been awarded by Waukegan, IL-based Outboard Marine Corp (OMC) a contract to provide consulting services for the boat engine maker's aluminum die-casting operations. Lebanon, NJ-based Harvard is confident that the deal could lead to a future die-cast parts supply agreement with OMC for its outboard engines.
