Lose Weight" targeted on woman between 25 to 54 years of age, is conducted by the milk processors in the U.S. as a part of the MilkPEP's efforts to boost milk consumption. A new research reveal that 24 ounces of fat-free milk every 24 hours in a reduced-calorie diet yields calcium and protein to support healthy weight loss.
