The only way is up
Article Abstract:
UK housebuilders are increasingly using townhouse designs on brownfield site developments as a method of reducing the amount of space needed for an individual property while utilizing basement or attic space. Townhouses often have balconies, basements and small gardens, allowing housebuilders to produce quality family living accommodation in limited space. Architects often use a Georgian style when designing townhouses, although a more updated version is being encouraged for new sites.
