AT&T, Hewlett-Packard hook up in marketing alliance
Article Abstract:
AT&T and Hewlett-Packard Co. have formed a strategic marketing alliance, underwhich each company will promote each other's services and goods as a call center solutions package that combines HP's Smart Contact Solution with AT&T's call center services. The alliance is expected to provide AT&T with the marketing power to offer the software as an integrated package with its services for either premise- or network-based programs. The agreement will also reduce processing time for creating client-specific software needs. AT&T's Multimedia Call Center Solutions is currently integrating technologies on call centers and is collaborating with HP to create the next generation call centers.
