No points for consultants
Article Abstract:
Most construction clients in the UK believe that contractors have significantly improved their performance over recent years. However, they are not so positive about the performance of construction consultants. They are still concerned about a number of key issues, including collateral warranties, poor co-ordination, subcontracting responsibilities and terms of appointment. It is clear that construction consultants still have a long way to go before they achieve full client satisfaction.
