Article Abstract:
The construction industry is introducing various initiatives in order to become more attractive for female recruits. A coordinated initiative for opening up recruitment and promoting equal opportunities has been established in a report by Sir Michael Latham. Women have a number of skills to offer, such as communications and presentation.
