The company regards quality as its mission, which is included in every corporate task. The implementation of quality processes has helped revenue rise to $151 million in 1992, vs $90 million in 1991 and $100 million in 1990. The company's Quality Improvement Team has worked out a quality charter with goals to improve quality based on customer satisfaction. Craftsman-style house features river rock, wrought iron, L-shaped porch

Upland Builders has won the Detached (conventional lot) Home of the Year Gold Nugget Award for its $315,000 house in Seattle, WA. The house was designed by Northwest Home Designing (Tacoma, WA). The Craftsman-style house covers 2,829 sq ft and features a large porch, and a breezeway inbetween parts of the three-car garage. The house has also won the Best of Show Award of the Seattle Master Builder Association.
