Bottle Sauces
Article Abstract:
The bottled sauce sector has seen revenue remain virtually static, declining in real terms between 1993 and 1998. One of the strongest brands is Heinz tomato ketchup, but several traditional sauces, including mint sauce, brown sauce and horseradish have declined. This is due to lifestyle changes such as the fall in popularity of the traditional cooked breakfast and fewer occasions when families eat together, as well as changes in consumer tastes. The market will continue to face a difficult future, although some sauces can be re-targeted.

Go ahead and identify me, if you can
Article Abstract:
Any plans to force British people to carry identity cards are likely to bring mixed reactions. Those who are in favour of stronger law enforcement procedures will welcome identity cards, while others will see them as representing centralised bureaucratic control. It is unlikely that the introduction of identity cards would simplify administrative procedures, as the government claims, and some people would probably deliberately try to go against the system by concealing their true identity in some way.
