Article Abstract:

An examination of the extent to which personality and individuals affect politics. An attempt is made to understand the extent to which an individual, such as a Napoleon or a Lenin, can create the environment and the society they are in and the extent to which the individual is a product of the society and is merely serving to gently steer it in one direction or another.
