MM1407 audio ICs
Article Abstract:
Mitsumi Electric has introduced the MM1407 audio IC line for notebook computers. The MM1407 comes in a 1.7x14x14mm, 80-pin QFP, which integrates a speaker drive amplifier, a line amplifier for stereo and monoaural switching, a DC voltage-controlled electronic volume regulator and watchdog and logic-control functions. The electronic volume control works from -60 to 20db with a 0.5 percent distortion at 300 mW, 8 ohms.

NL12876BC26-21 LCD module

NEC Corp has introduced the NL12876B-21 amorphous silicon thin-film transistor module which has a 15.3-inch wide screen and can display 16.19 million colors. The luminance of themodule is 500cd/sq.m. It employs 8-bit input signals for each RGB color and a frame rate control system. It has a contract ratio of 300:1. The price for samples of the NL12876B26-21 amorphous silicon thin-film transistor LCD module is $776.
