The Stanford Cart and the CMU Rover
Article Abstract:
The Stanford Cart is a minimal computer-controlled mobile camera platform. Maintenance of the cart is a complex and demanding task. The cart is discussed in detail. The cart's vision code makes extensive use of reductions of each acquired image. The camera on the cart needs calibration frequently. A photograph of the cart is included.

Annual storytelling festivals are becoming widespread, with festivals held in 40 states, including Tennessee, Kentucky, California and New York. The revival of storytelling began with the first National Storytelling Festival in Jonesborough, TN, in 1973.
