Menek Goldstein (1926-1997)
Article Abstract:
Professor Menek Goldstein has died in 1997, thus, leaving his colleagues his work and a number of publications to remember him by. This include his research on catecholamines and their enzymes which are discussed in two publications entitled 'Specific dynamic action of proteins' and 'Determination of catecholamines and brenzcatechines in urine.' Professor Goldstein's work in the purification of all four enzymes in the catecholamine synthetic pathway is also one of his most important contributions in the field of science.
