Managing transitions
Article Abstract:
Business entities are subject to changes in the environment, whether on a local, national or global scale. Companies respond differently to these eventualities. Organizations should not only know the what's and how's of managing change but should also consider the probable reactions of the employees to the changes that will be initiated. It is the responsibility of management to inform and fully prepare the workforce for the transition. Leaders who will motivate, facilitate and guide employees to different paths and who are unafraid to take risks are needed during these uncertain times.
