Relearning the learning process
Article Abstract:
Educators should alter their approach to provide quality learning. An effective learning process requires active participation of students and teachers, an understanding of the purpose, a sense of teamwork, and a feeling of responsibility. Quality tools, such as the plan-do-study-act cycle, flow charts, and diagrams, facilitate a structured approach for improving learning. Learning imparts a sense of continuity among different aspects of the learning system, and a better interaction between the schools and the society.
