Texas Instruments has developed an electronic data library that would support the business' processes by incorporating all pertinent corporate information into its universally accessible Information Repository. The effort, known as the Spectrum project, encompasses several major areas as it also lets individuals increase their effectivity and productivity from two to ten times. The enlightening of the work force about the benefits would be the next test.

There is an impression among members of the technical community that the news presents nuclear power with a negative bias. The press seems to emphasize a one-sided view of technology as completely dangerous and negative. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission may play a part in this negative representation by issuing only nuclear problems reports and not other information to put the problems in perspective.
