Traveling exhibit depicts 20th century through organic molecules
Article Abstract:
The Chemical Heritage Foundation in partnership with Skidmore College created the "Molecules That Matter" traveling exhibit which opened on September 8, 2007 and will run until April 13, 2008. The exhibit features 10 molecules that changed the world in the 20th century which are; aspirin, isooctane, penicillin, polyethylene, nylon, DNA, progestin, DDT, Prozac and the buckminsterfullerene.
