Creating more effective meeting facilitators
Article Abstract:
Quality control managers and trainers can take a number of steps to turn managers and employees into effective facilitators for quality and service meetings. These include determining the organization's meeting style and helping managers and employees become aware of these, designing a facilitative style training program, applying experiential learning techniques and offering post-training support.
