Alternatives for managing drought:a comparative cost analysis
Article Abstract:
A study is presented in which an evaluation is made into the extent to which a large urban water district can respond to a drought situation. The study finds that water marketing combined with conjunctive use is more beneficial than the traditional method of developing new storage capacity.

Fishery management under multiple uncertainty

A bio-economic model is developed with three uncertainties that are variability in fish dynamics, inaccurate stock size estimates and inaccurate implementation of harvest quotas to solve the optimal escapement based on measurement of fish stock in the discrete-model.
