Article Abstract:
A research on physical and emotional attacks on the United Kingdom Fire and Rescue Service personnel is presented. Interviews revealed that one of the participants had been stabbed while the other firefighters suffered verbal abuse by members of the general public, whose motivations for doing so are unclear to the respondents.
