Northeast officials step up campaign against oxygenate rules

Information about the campaign northeastern states are pushing to allow rejection of the clean air act are given. After the EPA rejected requests by California to waive the gasoline oxygenation rule, state officials are asking congress for relief as well as pursuing other options such as the use of ethanol.
