A clear look at the glass ceiling

Article Abstract:

Issues concerning the entrepreneurial spirit of Hispanic women in the United States are discussed. Particular attention is given to race and sex discriminations against Hispanic women managers. It is emphasized that corporations are employing Hispanic women executives.
