Absent presidential candidates scrutinized at CHCI forum

Article Abstract:

Presidential candidates of the Democrats and Republicans who did not attend the presidential forum held by the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) were verbally attacked. Republicans feel that the CHCI is well known for being a partisan Democratic organization and they would rather reach Latinos through Latino community groups.
