A report 'Retention Returns: Insights for More Effective Diversity Initiatives' states that many corporate companies in America concentrate on getting a talented workforce but fail to make an effort to retain them. Lack of access to key deals results and a lack of recognition are the main reasons for the situation and it is suggested that there is a need for development of social networks inside the company to overcome this problem.
