Article Abstract:
The use of the new Access to Capital Electronic Network (ACE-Net) is indicative of the trend of Hispanic business owners to seek alternative financing strategies despite the banking industry's newly acquired enthusiasm for Hispanic business activities. It was developed by the Small Business Administration, with the Securities Exchange Commission and the North American Securities Administrators Association to connect expanding businesses to venture capitalists.
