A lifetime of creative expression may be founded on an arts-rich family environment. Children can acquire important social, cognitive, motor and emotional skills from such an environment. The home could be the source of the art., with music being the baby's first language. Babies only hours old can appreciate music and they respond to different types of music in different ways.
