Several lunches that are favorites of children are analyzed for their nutritional value. Peanut Butter and Jelly on Whole Wheat Bread is given a grade of A because it offers 27% of the daily value for protein, 13% for iron and is a good source for fiber, zinc, magnesium and vitamin E. Boxed Macaroni and Cheese comes next with a rating of A-. It provides 15% of the daily value for vitamin A and iron.
