Article Abstract:
Circles can be used to teach children about science and nature. At two to 12 months, babies can be taught body parts by lightly tracing around their own circles such as belly buttons, heels and eyes. From five to eight years, they can be shown how a flat round spiral can be transformed into a spinning one.
